   Arrival in Delhi + evening food walk

   Airport pickup and check-in at a heritage hotel. After a rest, meet your group for an evening food walk through Old Delhi — paranthas, chaat, kebabs and kulfi — led by a third-generation food historian.

   Delhi sightseeing

   Visit Jama Masjid, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and India Gate. Afternoon stroll through Lodi Gardens. Optional tuk-tuk ride through Chandni Chowk.

   Delhi → Agra (Taj Mahal at sunset)

   Drive to Agra on the expressway. Arrive in time for a sunset viewing of the Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh across the Yamuna River.

   Taj sunrise → Fatehpur Sikri → Jaipur

   Sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal when it's quiet. After breakfast, tour Agra Fort, then drive to Jaipur via the abandoned red-sandstone city of Fatehpur Sikri.

   Jaipur — Amber Fort & block-printing workshop

   Morning ascent to Amber Fort, visit the Jal Mahal (water palace), Hawa Mahal (palace of winds), and Jantar Mantar observatory. Afternoon block-printing workshop with a family of master artisans.

   Jaipur → Delhi departure
